Raw material preparation → Raw material online (dust removal) → Primer spraying → Primer inspection and polishing → Topcoat spraying (two coats) → Topcoat baking → Topcoat offline inspection → Topcoat polishing inspection → Electrostatic dust removal → Double curing topcoat → Double curing offline → Topcoat baking → Finished product offline inspection → Particle polishing → Polishing → Packaging → Packing → Warehousing
Workshop 2 Process:
Raw material preparation → Raw material online (dust removal) → Primer spraying (flash drying) → Polishing inspection → Intermediate coat/topcoat (one coat) (flash drying) → Topcoat/topcoat (two coats) (flash drying) → Inspection → PU topcoat → Inspection transfer to trolley line → Baking 70℃±5*120 minutes → Initial inspection → Transfer to cooling trolley line → Polishing → Dust wiping final inspection → Packaging → Packing → Warehousing
